I don't like the monogram/font/color I chose, can you redo it?

No. We cannot redo or remake your items based on your font, monogram or color regrets. Please understand that we offer proofs upon request for you to verify what your personal item will look like before we complete your order. This service has to be requested before or at the time the order has been placed.

You monogrammed this wrong. I thought you'd know the order I wanted the letters in. Can you redo this?

No. ALL orders will be monogrammed EXACTLY AS TYPED in your order notes. If you have questions about your personalization, please contact us before ordering. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will NOT be offered for your errors in monogramming instructions.

What is the correct monogram format?

• Traditional Monogram Initial order is as follows: FIRST Name, LAST Name, MIDDLE Name.
Example: Ally Michelle Owens would be AOM - O is the last name.

How long does it take to receive my item? 
Mail transit times for USPS typically takes 2-5 days from acceptance of package. (Monday-Saturday and excluding holidays).

Why didn't you send me tracking info? 
Tracking numbers are sent to the email given at checkout.

What address did you send my items to?
The shipping address you provided to us during checkout. We will not change shipping address once order has been completed.

I don't like the color I have on my order.

Color chart has been digitally made. Although the colors are extremely close to the actual colors, computer/mobile phone screens may display color differently. The final product may differ slightly from what your computer/mobile phone screen shows. If you are worried a color may not match, please order one as a sample to ensure you will be happy with the final product. We cannot issue refunds due to a change of mind on color preference.
