During this pandemic Creative Co1520, Inc. will continue to complete orders, however, please be aware that I am the only person working in the office at this time. Rest assured that I am doing my absolute best to follow up with every request within 24-48 hours and complete all orders promptly. Due to receiving an overwhelming number of orders and/or email requests daily please find below a few FAQs that may help to keep things smoothly: 


Did you receive my order?

An order confirmation email is sent after every purchase, this confirms that I have your order.


What's the status of my order?/I have a question about an item. 

Please refer to the item details section (located under the add to cart button) order details & processing times will be listed. All orders will ship by or on the listed processing time frame. 


Has my order shipped?

Please visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases if tracking is listed your order has shipped. Also, once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please be sure to check your email spam folder as the email sometimes ends up there.


My tracking has not updated, what's going on with my package?

The U.S. Postal service is experiencing many delays due to COVID-19. This means there may be no scans for some time, as it awaits processing and also during transit.
